It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. Dave Crawford is always a pleasure to work with and answered all of the questions we had for him. The builder walkthrough was organized and the home was in great condition. We asked for a few items to be taken acre of and they were. I look forward to our next transaction!

Building with KRM was an exciting process. We ended up with a high quality, beautiful home. They were very patient through the entire decision making process. They listened to what we wanted and they gave excellent advice when we were not sure what we wanted. Jenna was terrific keeping up with all my emails since we were going through the initial process from another state. The project managers were always checking in to make sure we were happy. The team is a well-oiled machine. Builder Trend is a great app they use to keep you in touch with the daily changes in your build. So happy we built with KRM. We love our home.

The process of building was easy to navigate with Kirk, Dave, Brandon and Rich being my points of contact. Plus, there were never any surprises in regards to costs or availability of getting materials to complete the projects.

We have built 2 homes with KRM!

We built our first home with KRM as newlyweds who were anxious to build a home for us to raise a family in. We were nervous and somewhat clueless as to what we had got ourselves into. We had more than one person tell us building a new home in our first year of marriage was a terrible idea. Kirk, Brandon and Dave Crawford help us every step of the way!! We never felt overwhelmed or that we had made the wrong decision. Our first home was perfect and we felt so fortunate that we chose KRM.

Eight years later we decide to sell our first home and relocate to Grimes so our kids could go to school at DC-G, where my husband grew up. After looking to buy an existing home and not finding what we wanted, we decided to build again. We met with three different builders and ultimately decided that KRM was once again the right choice for us. We loved our first home so much that we kept the same floor plan and the KRM crew helped us tweak things in our new home to make it unique and perfect for our family.

We built our current KRM home several years ago which we have now outgrown. We loved the process, quality, and end product so much that we chose to build with KRM a second time. We absolutely love our home! The longer we are in it, the more we love it! It really is the perfect plan.

We decided to build our first home with KRM development after a long search of different homes and builders. The quality and attention to detail KRM provides in their homes made this an easy decision, which we have never regretted. We have always felt very fortunate that our first home building process with KRM was flawless. After living in our first KRM home for nine years, we decided to relocate and build again. we told ourselves we wanted to use someone other than KRM to build our home for “something different”. After meeting with a few other builders, it was obvious that we would be selling ourselves short if we did not consider using KRM for our second home. it said a lot about the integrity of KRM as a whole, when some of the same staff and sub-contractors from nine years ago were still working for KRM.

We moved into our KRM custom home about two weeks ago and could not be happier! The build process was great and our home is top quality. Kirk and Amanda were involved in several meetings and provided great advice on adding functionality and design to our home. We had a great experience with KRM!

Their communication and commitment to over delivering on each and every aspect blew us away which isn’t easy as two extreme Type A people 🙂 I can’t say enough good things or put any more emphasis behind my recommendation to consider them if you’re looking for a best in class builder in Des Moines!
