The complexity of your floor plan and selections, permitting & lot preparation requirements, etc. all influence the time that it will take to build your new home. Once excavation has occurred, we will establish and communicate a closing date within 7 days. We estimate most builds to take between 5 1/2 – 6 months from excavation to completion.

To ensure seamless home building, all clients are assigned a Field Supervisor and an Internal Project Manager who oversees all aspects of the project. To keep you in the loop, we provide access to an app where you can view daily logs, including notes and photos of what’s happening on-site in real time.

Having the right designer is essential when building a custom home. KRM understands that creating your dream home goes beyond construction. Our dedicated Internal Project Managers specialize in design and will help transform your vision into reality. We’ll work closely with you to select every last detail, ensuring your home is a true reflection of your style and preferences.
